Who we are
Parendum OÜ is the controller of your personal data for AI Achademy. Contact: hello@parendum.com.
What we collect
Your email address, placement test answers, learning progress, quiz scores, exercise answers and messages to the AI tutor. Billing details are handled by Stripe; we only store your Stripe customer id and subscription status.
Why
To provide the courses you signed up for (contract), to recommend courses, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
AI processing
Tutor messages and exercise answers are sent to Anthropic (Claude API) to generate responses. Anthropic acts as our processor and does not use API data to train its models.
Processors
Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), our email provider, and our hosting provider.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Invoices are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection and complaint to your data protection authority. Email us to exercise them.
Cookies
Only a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, and one to remember your language. No tracking cookies.
